TeriyakiTanker:   Unfortunately you are certainly being obtuse on purpose.  Proxy spotting is purposefuly programmed and put in the game and is intended to work that way.  The no foliage mod was never intended for inclusion in the game and is considered by the developers to be a cheat.  So you really can’t compare proxy spotting, which works the same for everyone, and compare that to a mod that gives users of that mod an ability not available to everyone and derened to be cheating.     Now if if you want to have a discussion about proxy spotting in terms of you thinking the game would be better without it and give a reason why that would be a more interesting discussion.  Unfortunately comparing proxy spotting to cheating is basically saying that people who use sniper mode to aim is cheating.  It’s just an obvious stupid stance.
