TeriyakiTanker: Would you be ok with the account wipe if that was their advertised punishment for a second offense?  Account wipe is certainly a heavy hit.  Personally I think the account wipe is a pretty good punishment for a second offense.  Right now the only problem I have is that I wonder if they offer this to all the people who have been permanently banned.   like I said before the excuses where a little weak.  Just seemed way out there with the whole video thing.
