If WG limited premium shells. Will we able to enjoy super heavies more?

TeriyakiTanker: Premium rounds aren't the problem, the real problem is overly armored tanks without frontal weak spots, funnel maps, and maps that are too small.  Game was designed like this on purpose, no not to get you to pay real money for gold ammo, but to get people to buy premium time so they can afford to shoot a reasonable amount of premium ammo.  WG doesn't really have much of an incentive to stop this from happening now do they?   Sure you can reduce the damage of premium rounds by 10-20% but is that really going to stop anyone from shooting it?  Of course not if the alternative is doing no damage at all.  And frankly as long as someone is going to drive a tank I cant pen with standard ammo I am going to shoot them up with premium all day long.
