fired you the first time didn't see the dirt splash up and kept
shooting. I do it all the time. The other possibility
is that your sixth sense just bugged out, never happened to me but
there are lots of threads claiming the same issue so I think it is
safe to assume it might actually happen once in a while.
Bottom line is once you get shot it makes sense to move.
