Tanitha: TK's are handled by the auto system on the retail server and the
public test server.
What this means is that if the friendly fire ratio exceeds the allowable limit on that game, or on the accounts recent history (two systems) then the account will turn blue or be sanctioned accordingly.
As such these do not need to be manually reported, or manually acted upon. The system will act accordingly.
What happens on the test server, is not automatically linked to the retail server. They are different servers.
Tk's are more common on the test server, due to there being no moderators in there, and no support available for it.
Sanctions can be placed cross server and cross game, however the offense would have to be more serious than a situation of friendly fire for that to happen.
