am loosing money, My Fps are good, my ping is low, but the lag
keeps going Green-Red-Green-Red-Green-Red. We cant play with this,
some players pay for the game ( any kind of buy), and we deserve a
good service, I am loosing money right now, because I cant play has
well has I do cause of this lag. you guys really need to resolve
this problem. I am online now. 16.000 Players on, that number of
players SHOULD NOT create lag. Please, fix this has soon has
possible, and I am not the only one, last 10 matches, I asked in
general chat, if they have lag too, 75% say yes.Tanitha: Another way of phrasing this.
If you would allow me to set the scene for you..
Its Friday night, You make a booking at a posh theater in the city 50 Km's away.
Get dressed up, pick up the girl friend, then proceed to drive to the theater.
Along the way you come across a traffic jam caused by a accident on one of the freeways that you took to get to the theater.
After hours of not moving anywhere, you decide to turn around and head back home.
Then you ring the theater company and abuse them for the excessive traffic you had to get to their theater, and how their service is shocking.
The other 1000 people attending the theater that night, had a great time and arrived quickly and safely.
It was only the 5% of the people who took that particular highway, that had issues, due to that highway being blocked.
Explained like this, do you understand that your complaint is not really correct?
Of course players usually don't like listening to staff. Which is why we suggest and recommend to players who are having Internet lag issues for them to use a program such as Ping Plotter. Ping Plotter will analyze your connection from your house to our server, and provide you a detailed breakdown of exactly where lag is happening between YOU and our server.
Running this program, you will be able to see with your own eyes, exactly where the issue is.
Information on running ping plotter can be found here.

provide us with information in the following format.1. Download pingplotter from here. LINK
2. Connect to login-master.worldoftanks.com
3. Let it run for a few minutes, and settle.
4. Screen capture it.
5. Paste it into a graphics program, and cut the first few steps which show your local IP.
6. Upload it to a image website. like Link or Link
7. Link the photo into a reply, as below.. Putting it in a spoiler would be nice if you know how.
Tanitha: Another situation with "lag" is when it isn't Internet/server lag
(IE When the ping plotter report shows no Internet lag or server
issues),
Then the lag is then usually related to computer performance and the players computer not keeping up.
The best indicator of this situation is noting your FPS in game, anything less than 30 could do with adjustments being made with the graphic settings in game (turning graphics settings down) to get the computer and its graphics card, keeping up better.
Feel free to reply with a ping plotter screen-shot, and your FPS rating.
But without those two, assistance is not possible.
