long delay or bad lagging loading battles

Tanitha: I would believe most of the loading speeds are related to ram and
hard drive speed, a lot more so than internet connection speed.
Do you have additional programs running now, like a hoggy virus scanner.
Or maybe its dime for a defrag, or moving all your junk from the C drive to a different drive/partition.
