Blinking smoke in sniper view

Tanitha: Players have reported
“The Sniper view tends to flash white every 2 seconds or so like a pulse. When I zoom to outside view (hitting left shift) you can see a cloud of smoke for a second then it disappears. In the sniper view, pulses away.”
Is this still a issue in the current patch version? or if you have any more information on the above, please feel free to provide that information below.
