Setting changes not saving

Tanitha: A player reported
“Whenever I open my settings dialog, in game or in garage, I am able to change settings, but when I click "Accept", it does not save the settings. Meaning when I go back into the settings dialog, all my changes are gone, and it reverts back to default settings.”
I believe this would be a issue related to the way some players previously converted their clients to English. Thus a issue should now be fixed.
