Crew Experience showing commander bonus

Tanitha: There has been previous reports that the crew Experience totals are
not showing correctly
For example when you hold the mouse over a (fully trained) crew member to look at their skill %, it does not display the +10 from the commander in the breakdown.
Conformation if this is still a issue or if this has been fixed, would be appreciated below.
