Tanitha: As you guys have discussed above, its a dangerous strat : ) and there is a lot more too it than "kills" damage done is calculated too, and a lot of other factors, like time, location, surrounding enemies, etc.. And there is also two systems a "game" system that analyses each game, and a "overall" system that analyzes the players overall FF activity.
7.0 makes some improvements, like a overhaul of the auto TK/FF system, which is a lot stricter, and also the in game auto report feature.
The above has been sent off to developers so they can work on improving the system further.
And I've edited your OP, encouraging people to break the EULA is a sever rule breach. So i';ll save you the hassle of being modded later.

I'm going off what I've seen and what others have reported. It seems that these guys are only targeting a few people this way and spacing out their kills so that unless they kill in the base circle or do it more than once every few days they are in fact avoiding detection..
