Whats happening with the process at the moment, is due to the high number of applicants, I'm processing 1/3 of them, 1/3 are getting X32wright added to the conversation for him to process and reply, 1/3 are getting rayjones added to the conversation for him to reply.
So, if there is only me in the conversation, and Ive not read it, then its sitting in my in basket.
If there is rayjones, or X32write added to the conversation and they haven't read the conversation yet, then its sitting in there in basket.
For the above, please be patient and it will be gotten too soon. We do a lot of research on every application so its not exactly a quick process for us.
If there is only me listed as being in the conversation, and Ive read it but not replied.
Or, there is x32wright or rayjones added to the conversation and they have read it and not replied..
Then this is a error, as it will no longer be in their in baskets.
In which case, please make another reply to the post, which will refresh it and put it back into their inbox's.
The above is a bit pointless, but for those that are really keen and wondering where their application is in the queue, the above will give you a bit of a better idea of the process.
Reply time, varies a lot, some are hours, and I've got some that are still unanswered after 48 hours.
