Tanitha: Name changes in the forums can be instant, name changes in game are
on server maintenance's, So Monday.
As long as they have a name change request from you, with a valid appropriate new name to change your account to, then they will unban you.
Give them a hour or so to get to your ticket though, and get the above processed. They are usually pretty quick now days.
