And to answer some of the questions like, "When are you
recruiting", "Was i accepted or rejected", "How many are you
recruiting" Etc...
I'm not working the system like that.
What I'm doing is accumulating expressions of interest, and putting them on file. Then when i need to go looking for help in a particular area, i'll go through the expressions of interest and pick out what appears to be the best and most suitable for the task.
Training is extensive, and id also like to limit the number that we have in training, to make sure they get an opportunity to be trained up thoroughly, and the overall level remains high. So although id love to just recruit 10+ new helpers and increase our teams, I need to regulate it by pulling in a new trainee about every week.
