Clan Wars Charade

But there was a planned feature that's not in the game yet. Which is tax rates, region happiness, and merc's.
If this was introduced, IE the region becomes unhappy due to their tax rate, if you dont have stationed troops on them, and they then revolt.
The revolting land could then hire mercs to fight the previous land owners.
It would imo have many advantages, clans would have to be more careful holding land surpassing what their chips can maintain. Would break some land-locks. And would bring more players into the clanwars in the way of independent mercs.
