Tanitha: It is. But its also a fine line between tactful fun, and abusive insults.
Some players can walk that line, others cant. The life of a troll is a dangerous one : )

Tanitha: The forum rules are stricter than the in game chat rules. And easier for a mod team to police.
"a little slack" is cut in the clan diplomacy sections. But, recently that got out of hand a lot and overflowed to every other forum section.
All clan rivalry must be in this section only, and not scattered into other sections which are for other reasons. I recently renamed this section to "Clan Rivalry / Diplomacy" to help make that clear.
