[Closed] Preorder tanks missed due to anti-fraud system

My question is would there be any way I can get these tanks (I will happily pay for them) seeing as the issue was with the payment system and not with myself.
If you can access the records you will be able to see that I had tried to purchase the light and medium packs many, many times in the days before the preorder offer was withdrawn. I am a WoT tank collector and this has bothered me since release and will continue to bother me until I can get my hands on these tanks.
