Yes but that was dated 22nd june.
Basically since then, we have communicated with them, told them again our players need to be able to remove their CC info.
And they have said, get them to lodge a ticket then..
So things now, might not be the same as they were on the 22nd.
If you dont mind, could you lodge a new ticket with them, and ask them to remove your CC details?
Or.. someone else?
