Can't Have 2 Accounts?

Tanitha: Hi guys/gals, to clear the above up. The rules are currently.
Each player can have one account on each server.
A Husband, Wife, and 4 kids, can have 6 accounts on each server from the same IP and computer.
IP scanning for multi accounts does not happen, "actively".
So the only time there will be issues with multiple accounts is the two examples below.
1.
If one account is required to be banned for one reason or other, And the player then logs onto the second account to continue offending.
It is likely all accounts on the IP will then be banned for the period of the original offense.
Or, the alt accounts may be perma banned, and the main account banned for a period of time.
2.
If someone makes a new 0 game alt account to break rules, Then the offending alt account will be perma banned, and bans will be placed on the other accounts on the same IP.
IE hitting their main account with the ban.
