5 IS7's in a pack would smash 5 T54's in a pack.

With T8 arty. I'm personally thinking T9 mediums would be more beneficial and more effective than T10 heavies.
IE get in, scout the enemy, arty smashes the enemy, the T9 mediums get the hell out of there alive.
T10 heavies go down to arty now, and more so when the T8 arty lands in game. And T10's don't have the ability to scout and get out of the artys fire like a T9 medium does. The IS7 does have a nice top speed, but it does lack in maneuverability and acceleration a bit when compared to a T9 medium.
Also spotting, Heavies all got a large + on visibility recently too (ability for other tanks to see them)
This is just a personal opinion, on what game tactics might end up better.
