Tier 9 mediums HP should be lowered

Tanitha: A T54 nowhere near stacks up to a IS4 1v1. But they don't need to
because they have a speed that is4's don't have.
Cap / defend cap / scout / mopping up smaller tanks.... It has other roles apart from a 1v1 skirmisher against other T9's.
Similarly the P2 doesn't stack up to the vk4502.
Sure the T9 mediums are great in packs, but a pack of 10 t54s will just get more stomped by a pack of 10 IS4's.
As proven by testing on some training competitions. 10 a side, over 12 games each side? I think it was, swap tanks at 1/2 time..

Anyway its nothing to do with the tech section, so locking.
