Like I'm pretty sure my average exp on my T2 tank is 600+ So that's a spanner in the works.
I think I'm at about 600+ for my T8's (T44) and T9's (vk4502 + T54) but I'm on a shockingly low 300? or something for my mouse, I hate it and hate playing it.
You are using IS3's IS4's IS7's etc, well they are nice tanks : )
I think you also need to allow for premium on / off.
