Do you have another forum account from when you made the game account, which is a beta tester?
Either you have one broken forum account, Or you have two forum accounts and you are using the wrong one.
When you lopg into a forum account that is set to "beta tester" then you will see the other 80% of the forums. At the moment, you cant access much at all.
