PSA: US East server to be disabled

Senator_Ratbat: Hi everyone. Now that holiday activities are behind us we will be disabling the US East server so players can connect to US Central and SA servers respectively. You may still see the disabled server on the dropdown menu, this will be removed when the next update drops.
