Lag, Server Issues, Loosing players... Has anyone ever seen a WG statement ab...

When are we going to get a decent reply on all the problems we have to put up with? When is someone from WG going to come out and face the fire? WE are the PAYING customers, and we have no solutions.   So, WG NA, are you up to the challenge of answering your PAYING customers or what?
