Got on the 9.17 test server and my sniper zoom would work only
erratically if at all. Got the actual 9.17 update and
now it's happening in game. Sometimes it works fine, others I
can spin the mouse wheel like crazy and nothing. Other times
I get a herky jerky zoom in or out. I've
tried adjusting what I can in settings and no change. Any
