Update 9.17: Bugs, Issues, and Feedback Reporting

Saffr0n: Happy Holidays, Tankers!   We're excited to release Update 9.17 featuring the brand new Swedish medium/heavy line, as well as a tank destroyer line. Grind enough experience to unlock the upper tier TDs: UDES 03, Strv 103-0, and Strv 103B, which all have hydraulic suspension, which allow you to switch between siege and travel modes. We made improvements to some premium tank classics also in this patch.
