Update 9.15.1 Bugs, Issues and Feedback

I just lost a battle due to this, and I've had it, thus the reason for the reinstall and forum post. I am again unsure if these are issues that can be fixed by a reinstall, but I'll reupdate after I do this. I just hate reinstalling as it takes so long.
