Saffr0n: It should not. They are on completely separate servers,
which is why your latency with the Common Test Server is higher
than normal. If you are experiencing a connection issue with the
normal USE or USW servers please submit a ticket using our
ticketing system and we'll troubleshoot the issue from there.
