Quemapueblos: 1. Only if a province is lost through a riot or landing zone will
the attacker earn the VP the clan accumulated by holding that
province. Defender will lose VP they earned by holding a province
anytime they lose the province
2. Defender loses VP equal to have many turns they owned the province * 42 and Successful Rioter takes whatever the defender had earned by holding that province (this does not including what was earned by taking the province during a riot from the previous owner)

Quemapueblos: I just got clarification on that and you can lose VP anytime you
lose control of a province including self removal
