Quemapueblos: Katukov's idea was that a win in Absolute Tank Companies would reduced the lock time on the tank you brought to that battle by an hour or some amount. This would encourage more participation in Absolute TCs and lessen the effects of tank locking on clans that like playing Tank Companies.
