the time up till then?Quemapueblos: No, the tier limit is currently applied to the original sandbox
map. You can see it now if you click on a province in the arctic
circle(or on the border between the regions) on the original map.
We are having major issues with the battles not being counted right
now on the new map. I don't think any of the battles actually
counted looking at it now, even the ones versus civilians. We will
update you as soon as we have any information regarding the fix.
