Clan Wars: Second Global Map Announcement

So...... are the landings on the 29th of October when the second map is introduced or on the 5th of November when the campaign kicks off?
Before I read the news post I was under the assumption that it would be on the 5th, but the above wording makes it look like tomorrow.
