To Le Mods -- it's time to make CRD exclusive

Participation can be as little as a single LZ / riot battle participation. Obviously holding lands means you can see it.
10 may seem like a small number, but if you're so inactive or have such difficulty fielding teams you can't be bothered to try and grab land in 10 days, you're not a clan wars clan and have no business here.
3) if your clan hasn't earned gold in the last 30 days (held just 1 province for 1 day), you can't see CRD.
This too may seem harsh. But why? There exists literally no rivalry between Alabama Crimson Tide and a Division II or Division III school. They're so far not in the same league they obviously don't play.
There can't be. What 'rivalry' can exist between teams where the final score would approach triple-digits for one team and none for the other?
If you can't even win an LZ in 30 days, there's just no relevant 'rivalry' or 'diplomacy' which is necessary.
What can these clans possibly contribute? Empty rhetoric, reportmandering, and trolling, and that's it.
4) community moderators. And I would say more, but you'll never do this.
5) limit thread creation to players of clans who have held at least 2 simultaneous provinces for 3 days in a 30 day span
6) limit posts to players in otherwise-eligible clans who have at least logged in in the last 30 days
7) your responses

This should strip out, oh, HALF the garbage in this sub-forum.
PS -- I hear Russia's getting free IS-6 for Earning Your Steel Parts 1-3 completion, but NA & EU aren't causelol Russian Bias. Confirm/deny??
