If I deploy a counterspy in the 7AM turn, he deploys in the 8am turn, and I can't recruit his replacement until the 8am turn. He then becomes available in the next days 8am turn.
The effect of this is a continual slipping of the time when spies become available for use, eventually overlapping the "riot calculation turn" and causing problems.
Is this an intentional difficulty imparted upon clan management, or an oversight ?

Quemapueblos: I don't know what the developer's intentions were with the off-set but it is an interesting question and I will see what I can dig up. Hypnotik pointed out to me that things like chip reset timers display 23 hours. So no idea but I'll look into it
