What do those buttons do?
At this point you are probably wondering how does a Clan Commander manage his Clan? First you will want to log into the portal and find the My Clan button in the upper right had corner. Click on your name and you will see this drop down menu.

Once you get to your Clan's page you will see a list of button on right side to manage and modify your clan.

Certain options maybe not be visible to you depending on your position in the clan. Check out the section regarding clan permissions for more information on what each position has access to. If you are the Clan Commander you will have access all the portal features.
Lets go through these pages and explore what each one can do.
Clan Details
Clan Details is the first option and will come up by default when you click on My Clan
At the bottom of the membership list you will see some important buttons to modify your clan. The buttons will activate when you select a player to change.
The first button is a big one, Delegate Authority. This designates another member of the clan as the Clan Commander. Don't forget that once you give the position to someone else you won't be able to move it back as you won't be Clan Commander anymore!
The second option is Modify Position, which changes the rank of member. This is were you can promote your recruits, designate a treasurer, and the rest of the positions. See the chart below to learn what positions have which permissions.
Send Message does exactly what it says. It allows you to send a message to your members which will be seen in the upper right when logged in to the web portal.
Exclude from Clan allows you to remove members from the clan. Once they are removed from the clan they will not be able to join another clan for 48 hours including the one they just left.
Last but certainly not least is Allocate Funds. This is where you can distribute Gold from your Clan's treasury. You can select multiple members to give the same amount to several players at once. Two words: No Refunds. Once you empty your coffers you won't be able to ask for it back!
Alright one section down, but don't despair that was the big one! The next few don't have quite as many options
Modify
This area allows you to change your clan's name, 5 digit tag, motto, description and logo. Note that some of the features have a Gold cost associated with them and cost you every time you want to change.
The first option is modify your Clan name and Tag.
The Clan name is pretty self explanatory but the Tag is what other players will see in game after your name [].
The motto and description are displayed on your Clan's page when non clan member check your page.
Attributes is where you can upload your logo in several different sizes that are displayed for other to see.Tank Image (64x64) is displayed on your tanks in-game
Large Image (64x64) can be found in your in-game profile and on your clan's page
Medium Image (32x32) is displayed next to the battle button in-game and on your Clan Wars control panel (at the bottom of the Clan Wars map)
Small Image (24x24) is shown on the Clan Wars map and on your forum posts. The last section, Other, allows you to enable or disable new players sending applications to join your clan.
Applications
This section allows you to review applications of players who are applying to join your clan. You can send them a message to get further information or accept/decline them here.

You can also check if you have any new applications by clicking the message button on the portal.
Recruiting Center
Continuing on the theme of recruiting, the next section is the recruitment center. Here you can type in a player's name and send him an invitation to come and check out your clan.

Battle Schedule
This is where you should send your members to come and check if they have any battles on the Clan Wars map. It shows the time in your timezone, where are you attacking on the Clan Wars map and what map you'll battling on.

Owned Provinces
This lists all of the territories you clan currently owns. You can check how long you have owned the province or how much income they are worth per day. Prime time is when other clans can come and attack you to try and take your provinces. Which means you will need to make sure you can defend at those times!
Victory Points
This section is only used during Clan Wars Campaigns. It will log Victory Points (when and where you earned them) which are used to obtain special tanks and rewards.
