So I've done a little research with Hypnotik and we think that rebound is working correctly. The American provinces are rising again, and the Canadian provinces in the Canadian region of the map are dropping. There is still a problem with the Canadian provinces that are on the US region of the CW map. The only provinces that were fixed yesterday were the ones that overlapped and appeared on both of regions.
So the section of Canada that is ONLY on the US region map (ie doesn't overlap) has not been fixed and did has not been adjusted correctly in the first or second half. We are working on a fix as quickly as possible. Please bear with us and I will update you folks as soon as I get more info.
