I have a Bugs and Issues report just for scenarios like this, it can be found right HERE. So the reason why its bring this up,, is because this was identified as a bug. If it's not in the Patch notes, and you experience it, let us know. This should not be present in the final release of 9.9. If anything changes between now and then, we will keep everyone notified.
