Legal or Illegal mods?

I sent a ticket to WG and questions these mods and I wasn't really satisfied with the answer they gave me which you can view here:

So what are your opinions on these mods?
Legal, Illegal, or just frowned upon.

timer: if it takes the base reload time of the base tank, it's
allowed. Shadow silhouette: Going to go ahead and say banned
because it's not an active spot and gives an unfair advantage.
The mini-map is a bit more vague with the last known position,
and vagueness in tactics is fair.
