9.6 Patch Bug and Error Reporting

miser, on Feb 23 2015 - 21:47, said:   "Whats going on with the Barracks?  i went to transfer a crew,and my barracks are full.  A lot of guys in tanks i don't have, and have never had.   "   I have this too.  The issue is that when I try to switch my crew back from the premium tank (German T-25) to the PzKpfw.III/IV it says the barracks are full. and it can't switch the crew back in.  The barracks are truly full. I have 16 barracks but had 23 Crew in them. This needs to be fixed.  I have several 100% LTTB, T110E5, and Foch155 crew. I'd like to keep some, but to lose the functionality of returning crew to previous tank is not right.
