on Free cam mods: They are banned in battle in any circumstance of
the battle. This provides an unfair advantage of the enemy
essentially having "god mode" for observation. It is permitted in
replays since the battle has already occurred and you can use this
for video editing or research on your battle. Good rule of
thumb, if you are in battle and a mod can detach the camera from
the tank, it's banned.
