Why is there a random chance for a shell to be allowed to damage a module it comes in contact with?
As oppose to not having the "saving throw"? Why not just give the respective modules more hp?
Also is the mechanics behind module damage open for change?
Overlord: 1. Being made in complete 3d hit boxes don't provide perfect level
of accuracy, randomization is needed for gameplay purposes.
