It was Wargaming's choice to use this ISP. Why should the ISP's down time fall on the backs of Wargaming's customers, who paid for so much service time and did not receive?
That's bad business. How hard would it be for Wargaming to give everyone who had a prem account between Date X and Date Y that many extra days of premium account?

The estimated percentage of those who really had issues was too low to compensate/extend premium account for all premium users. Setting the exact boundaries of lag issues is also vague.
