Connection, Lag and Ping issues

Really I understand that with legal issues and IT its not always easy to get things sorted, but honestly a slightly more detailed update than "We are aware of a problem and working on it kthnxbai" would be more appreciated.
Are you having discussions with Caronet about their failings? How about pointing out the false advertising in their statements of being highly capable and reliable. Both of which have turned out to be false.
Unless that is WG.net bought a really cheap option with them and in which case you have underestimated your requirements and need to upgrade.
Or maybe look elsewhere. I'm sure that a server hosted in an Asian country would probably work out cheaper and provide better play for your Oceania market.
