Full Tech Trees Revised and Improved

Also will this change to the tree happen before or after we get the French tanks? I think the French tanks are scheduled for the fall, so I'm curious if we're going to have to wait that long for these changes.
EDIT: My tone may be neutral but I like these changes, I can't wait to learn more!
