If you just take the kinetic energy from a T57 APR on the top of any tanks it would destroy or do severe damage. I played a round where I hit a IS-3 and a T-34 (I think) at least 8 times each on the top and 0 damage total. All rounds did absolutely nothing. You say there is top armor... For if your having that round coming out and hitting the top of any tank in the world, new or old, its going to either destroy or do bad damage. The sides would be the thickest on all tanks, but the top and bottom of all tanks are thin compared to the rest of the tank. That was just complete garbage when I do no damage. It also showed no damage done at the end of the round.
So the answer to your question if we need more credible evidence. the answer is yes. Well to me I do because that there disproves what your saying. As you probably see if your watching the forums, there are allot of people complaining about it, so I guess there may be an error somewhere, so you guys might of done it, but there could be an error in the coding causing the issue with it being BS when it comes to the situation.

Overlord: There are both top and bottom armor, which are relatively thin for the majority of vehicles.
One or a couple of hits made in the fuss of battle can hardly be considered as credible evidence, a more substantial testing required.
