Virus Warning about WOTLauncher

The particular threat is positively ID'd by multiple sources as malware/crimeware, and it is ID'd as being Russian in origin.
How convenient, considering people are now breaking out their CCs.
Eastern Europe is a hive of such villainy, and I believe the current Download could damned well be hacked/corrupted.
I'm not reinstalling it, at least not until the Developers acknowledge it better than merely poo-pooing it, and AVG doesn't stop the WoT install because of it.
And damned sure not giving them my CC.
