Failing to fix the spotting issues, providing more game modes than the current team on team, the lack of completed tech trees for the initial three nations, and the slow patching process all adds up to game failure in my opinion.
Pity too, WoT had such promise. I hope that these shortcomings are corrected before release, but it seems like the devs don't want to listen to their player base and that will not work well for wargaming.net.
Overlord: Crazy idea indeed. 
The reasons for postponing the start of clan wars beta on EU and US are solely technical. EU and US players will have enough time to master clan wars before switching to the single global map for all 3 servers.
