The Anti-Camping Initiative!

Overlord: One of the "Anti-Camping Initiatives" that is currently under consideration: the increase of exp and/or credit gains for active battle actions on the enemy part of the map, and/or the similar penalties if the vehicle didn't move much during battle (apart from SPGs and possibly TDs).
