2. Some players have been here for 5 years and a strike a year would not think be hard to get. I don't like the permanent ban idea with no roll off for small things. 5. Will support be on line 24/7 to help with banned or strike for offending players? Support is already available 24/7, 7 days a week. Our turnaround for tickets last week was between 3-10 hours. 3 hours for easy stuff like a tank restorations, longer for things like refunds that require we check with the payment aggregator. Three different games for WG patched last week and standard tickets with questions about patches has caused turnaround time to increase, but that is normal the week after a patch.

I understand as a on again off again player that something most be do with/about toxic players and I would like to see them gone but this maybe to broad of a fix.
